Visitor and disabled car bays are located on the secure Ground level car park. Car Park height restriction is 2.2m.
Residents are not permitted in the visitor bays at any time and breach notices will be issued to offending vehicles.

I live in the building and only going to be home a short time, can I quickly
park in the visitor’s bays.
Answer: Residents are not permitted to park in visitors’ bays at any time.
Question:
My relative/fiend has given me permission to park in the visitors while I go
out.
Answer: Not permitted
Question:
I am a visitor and regularly stay in the building.
Answer:
If you stay in the building on a regular basis you are considered a
resident. You will need to make alternative parking arrangements.
Question:
I am a resident and have given my visitor a FOB to access the building without
me there.
Answer: Visitors using a FOB to access the building without the resident present will be considered a resident and therefore are not permitted to use visitor parking.
Question:
The visitor bays are full what can I do?
Answer:
If visitor bays are full you will need to make other parking
arrangements. Note: do not use the disabled bay.
